DAY 1 - ARRIVAL
Arrive at Brookside Farmhouse and get settled in. Do grocery shopping. Have an evening BBQ on the lawn.
DAY 2 – KAYAKING, CANOEING, SWIMMING
You’ll be picked up by Montgomery Adventure Tours and driven to the Green River Reservoir for a day of  kayaking and canoeing on this pristine lake. You’ll visit or paddle by 9 islands surrounded by wilderness, have a picnic lunch and look for loons. If you are lucky, they might even follow your canoe. No motorized boats are permitted on this lake surrounded by the Green Mountains and so you experience a true sense of the beauty and tranquility of mother nature. If you have never paddled before, not to worry. Montgomery Adventures will be giving lessons on canoeing and kayaking before you head out for a day on the lake with this guided tour.
DAY 3 – HIKING, SWIMMING, SITE-SEEING
Today you will take a guided hike on the Long Trail which is part of the Killington Trail for a couple of hours. You’ll then head out to one of 4 swimming holes in the area. For those wanting a less adventurous day, we’ll provide a suggested route for a self-guided driving tour of the byways of northern Vermont where you can enjoy the natural beauty around every corner or stop and shop for antiques, treasures, arts and crafts.
DAY 4 – GOLF, VISIT TO CORN MAZE, ULTIMATE LASER
Do you golf? If yes, spend a day playing 18 holes of golf at Jay Peak Resort at an additional cost of $55 per person inclusive of greens fees and a cart.  If not interested in golf, then you can visit the famed Danville Corn Maze as you try and work your way out of the maze. The Cost for the 2010 Corn Maze is $12 for ages 16 - 59, $9 for ages 5 - 15 and 60 and up and 4 and under are free. Your kids can enjoy an hour of Ultimate Laser for one hour for a minimum charge of $50. Some restrictions apply. The cost for the suggested activities for Day 4 are not included in this vacation package. Transportation and a guide are not provided for this portion of the vacation package.
DAY 5 - CANOEING, KAYAKING, SWIMMING
Canoe or Kayak the Northern Forest Canoe Trail, an ancient north American Indian waterway for 2 ½ - 3 hours in the morning on a guided tour and then it is off to spend the afternoon at River Walk, a lovely swimming hole just outside Montgomery Center. Enjoy a game of volleyball or just relax on the sand and enjoy the beauty of Vermont. A box lunch/deli sandwich, soda and bottle of water is provided to each person.
DAY 6 - FISHING, CANOEING, KAYAKING
Day of bass fishing on the Green River Reservoir or  a visit to the Missiquoi Wildlife Refuge home to 500 nesting herons. All fishing gear and licenses are provided.
Day 7 - CHECK OUT by 11 a.m, taking home memories to last a life time.

SUMMER FAMILY VACATION IN VERMONT 
This vacation package is for golfers who appreciate playing the game surrounded by the beauty of mother nature all at an incredibly affordable price for a 4 day golfing treat. You'll be staying at a fully equipped vacation rental apartment with complimentary wifi internet access but if you don't plan on cooking at this "home away from home", not to worry. You can step outside on Main Street and discover the great food and friendly people you will meet at the Montgomery Center pubs and restaurants just a few steps away.
The junior golf program for our beginning golfers is famous and the views up Lake Memphremagog into Canada are worth taking a golfing pause.
